Natika Maids provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, AC/duct cleaning, and related home-care services described on our website. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

2. Booking and Quotes

Quotes provided through our website, phone, or WhatsApp are estimates based on the information you provide (property size, service type, condition, etc.). The final price may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs materially from what was described at the time of booking. We will let you know before proceeding if that happens.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us directly. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice where possible. Cancellations made with very short notice may be subject to a small cancellation charge, as our teams are scheduled in advance.

4. Access to Your Property

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time, including any keys, access codes, or building permissions needed. Please secure or disclose fragile, valuable, or hazardous items in advance so our team can take appropriate care.

5. Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

6. Our Commitment to Quality

Our cleaning professionals are trained and, where relevant to the service, background-checked. If you're not satisfied with a completed clean, please let us know within a reasonable time so we can review the concern and, where appropriate, arrange a re-clean of the affected areas.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care to protect your property while providing our services. In the rare event of accidental loss or damage caused by our team, please report it to us as soon as possible so we can investigate and address it. Our liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the value of the service booked, except where a limitation of liability would be unlawful.

8. Use of Our Website

You agree to use natikamaids.online only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when requesting quotes or bookings. We may update, suspend, or modify the website and its content at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms
