Move-out/in cleaning is built around what landlords and building management actually check at handover, and what a new tenant expects to walk into. It goes further than a standard deep clean into every storage space a normal visit skips:

Tell us your move date when booking and we'll try to schedule close to it.

It's not required, but an empty unit lets us clean floors, walls and cabinet interiors fully without working around furniture, which usually means a faster, more thorough job.
Will this guarantee I get my full deposit back?
We can't guarantee a landlord's decision, but our checklist is built around the areas most handover inspections cover. Any damage or wear beyond normal cleaning is outside what a cleaning service can fix.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you have a move date - move-out/in slots get booked up around month-end when most Dubai tenancies turn over, so a few days' notice helps us guarantee your preferred time.
Do you clean balconies and outdoor areas?
Yes, balconies and any private outdoor space attached to the unit are included. Shared building areas like lobbies or corridors are managed by the building, not part of this service.
