What a Turnover Clean Includes
- Beds stripped and remade with the fresh linen and towels you leave for us
- Bathrooms cleaned and disinfected, with towels set out
- Kitchen reset: dishes washed, surfaces and appliances wiped, bins emptied
- Dusting, vacuuming and mopping throughout, including the balcony
- Mirrors, glass and touch points (handles, switches, remotes) wiped
- Guest supplies you provide put out: toiletries, coffee, tissues
- A quick walk-through, with a WhatsApp message if something needs your attention
Laundry of linen and towels isn't included in the visit, so please leave a clean set ready for each turnover.
Built Around Check-In Times
Tell us your check-out and check-in times and we'll schedule the clean in between. If your building needs a visitor pass or you use a key box or smart lock, add the details to your booking notes and our cleaner will arrive ready.
For busy listings, you can book the same cleaner for regular turnovers so they get to know your apartment, where things are kept and how you like it set up.
Holiday Home Cleaning Prices
Turnover cleans are booked as Apartment Cleaning from AED 50/hr, with a 2-hour minimum. A studio or 1-bedroom turnover usually fits in 2 to 3 hours; larger apartments take longer or need two cleaners.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you clean between guests on the same day?
Yes. Tell us the check-out and check-in times when you book and we will schedule the turnover in between, subject to availability on the day.
Do you wash the bed linen and towels?
Laundry is not included in the visit. Leave a fresh set of linen and towels and we will remake the beds and set out the towels for the next guest.
How do you get into the apartment?
Add your access details to the booking notes, such as a key box code, smart lock instructions or building visitor pass, and our cleaner will follow them.
Will you tell me if something is damaged or missing?
Yes. If our cleaner notices damage, missing items or anything that needs your attention, we will send you a message on WhatsApp.
Can I book regular turnovers?
Yes. Many hosts book us for every turnover. You can request the same cleaner each time so they learn your apartment and setup.
